Beyond product design, I’m passionate about improving design processes within our team. In my current role as UX Designer at Coop, we dedicate countless hours discussing how we can improve efficiencies in store, our own workflows often go unexamined. Over the past year, I’ve been documenting and refining our team’s processes and tools to create a  resource library for every step of the way.
