Growing up, I never imagined that creativity could be a career. Coming from a family of accountants and civil servants, I was firmly set on practical paths like law or business. But everything changed during my college interview when the head of art and design saw something in me that I hadn’t yet recognized—a future in design. That moment set me on a new path.
After graduating college with top marks, I pursued a degree in illustration at university. While I always knew I wanted a career in graphic design, I sought to carve out a niche. My first job at a digital agency introduced me to the world of web and app design, and I was instantly hooked.
Since then, I’ve explored diverse roles across creative agencies, marketing teams, and in-house design, sharpening my skills in storytelling, branding, and UX. Manchester eventually became my home—a vibrant city that fueled my growth and offered opportunities to work in a digital agency, a SaaS startup, and the corporate world.
Freelancing has been a constant throughout my journey. It’s where I connect directly with clients, tackle unique challenges, and transform ideas into impactful designs. Every step of my career has shaped me into the designer I am today: passionate, adaptable, and ready to create work that truly makes a difference.
