You're always there organising and structuring so much of our project work, which seriously boosts our workflow. Your knack for setting things up so that everyone can jump right in and get going is just brilliant. I think yesterday's Retro was a perfect example of that, but you're consistently doing for all types of things... from roadmapping, to design planning.
